A quick and easy healthy mango smoothie :)

Hi here's my first attempt of making a healthy mango smoothie. This was inspired by Benji who's married to Judy from itsjudytime on Youtube (the lovely couple I look up to). I thought this would be a nice treat for my family. I do want us to try and keep ourselves healthy (especially my parents). I also tried the blender that I bought which was a fail so I end up using the large old one which is better since I'm making a smoothie for five people and it's less time consuming. The new one was quite small which only fits for two. It's probably because I didn't read the 'how to set it up' instructions and I was too excited to use it. So here it is..


To make this I used:-
Spinach
Banana
Mango
since it's my first I used Low Fat Yogurt (Greek or Vanilla is recommended)
1 cup of Milk
and finally the ICE cubes!

Simple tips to blend your smoothie:-

- Make sure that you put the soft ones at the bottom (spinach, banana, yougurt..etc) and hard ones on the top to blend it easy and smoothly.

- At least, add half of banana. Don't put too much to balance the flavor and so you can boost up the flavor of the mango as well.

- Remember we're aiming for a healthy smoothie so try avoiding adding sugar in it. ;)
